I want to hear from you! Do you have a question you would like to ask me?  Do you have a situation that I should be aware of – one in which I can have an impact?

As the 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss Command Sergeant Major, I want you to know that I care about each and every Servicemember on our installation and their families.  In keeping with my policy of responsiveness, I have created an interactive segment for The Monitor – “Ask Iron 7.”

While I do have an open door policy, I spend a lot of time visiting units and training with Soldiers.  “Ask Iron 7” will allow you to ask me a question, share a concern, or offer an idea at any time.  I will answer a few of them each week in the Monitor.

Here’s how it works:  Go to our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/1st.Armored.Division, click the “message” button, type your question, and hit “send.”  Please do not post the information directly on the Facebook page.  If you have a question or concern which you would like to remain confidential, call 744-IRON.

Don’t forget to use your chain of command for issues within your unit, first.  I look forward to visiting your company soon and having monthly lunches with Soldiers.
