Top lawyer visits Bliss TJAG praises tax program, legal services
The Army’s Judge Advocate General stopped by Fort Bliss to assess the tax program and the post’s legal services April 7, and said that both areas are performing well.
Lt. Gen. Scott C. Black met with members of the Fort Bliss command team including Maj. Gen. Howard Bromberg, commanding general, and Col. Edward Manning, Fort Bliss Garrison commander, but also spent time talking to individual, junior-enlisted Soldiers at the Fort Bliss Tax Center.
